My Journey in Art and Design. I'm Ángel, a designer and visual artist from Cuenca, Spain, who has found his place in the world between paintbrushes and screens. From a young age, art has been a constant in my life, particularly Spanish expressionism, which has deeply influenced how I see and create.
My journey first led me to Madrid, where I had the incredible opportunity to work at a contemporary artists' agency. There, I collaborated closely with talents such as Okuda San Miguel, Fidia, Misterpiro, and Spock, learning so much from them. It was during that time that I realized my place isn't on just one side, but on that fine line that separates art from design. Some days I wake up feeling more like a designer, focused on strategy and communication, while others I simply need to express my feelings through strokes.
At 24, I decided to move to Berlin to continue growing as both an artist and a professional. This is where I started working at Tamschick Media+Space, an experience that allowed me to apply my creativity to projects on a global scale. I was involved in the conceptual design for initiatives like "The Line" in Saudi Arabia and the artistic integration of the new Mumbai airport, which was an amazing challenge and a unique opportunity to evolve.
Today, my work remains a reflection of this journey. Painting is an essential part of my life that feeds my professional vision. In every project, whether it's a design brief or a personal piece, I seek that same connection: to tell an honest story that resonates and leaves a unique mark of my vision.
